We specialize in smoking brisket, leg quarters, ribs, sausage, chicken wings, halal goat and turkey! All plates are served with jasmine rice, smoked corn with elote seasoning, and a dinner roll. We want people to enjoy our meals as much as we do preparing them with or unique and original way. Honestly, what makes us great is the Pitmaster (Tex) really loves what he does.

Had the absolute pleasure of dropping by Blue Dress for an impromptu bite and it was so worth it! We got the brisket platter and two brisket sliders, all were delicious. The brisket fat melted in your mouth, the Texas toast was incredibly tasty, and the portions were large and worth every penny. We also got to meet the owner, who generously gave us an ice cream sandwich as well. We hope to be back soon!
